Siding Soft Washing
We use a soft washing mixture for siding since it's more delicate than a high-powered pressure washer. We apply the mixture, let it sit for a couple of minutes, then rinse off with a low-pressure nozzle. We wet the surrounding grass/plants before and after to ensure an environmentally safe outcome. This is also a great method for reaching high areas without needing scaffolding or lifts.
Decks and Fences
For decks, fences, or other wooden materials, we post-treat first, then use a gentler pressure when washing to prevent furring and avoid compromising durability.
